Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead strategic and tactical marketing initiatives to promote our proctoring solution in the LMS/Edtech domain. You will develop comprehensive campaigns, optimise digital channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Educational Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management, or any other related field.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology would be an advantage.

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Marketing within an IT company (Saas or Paas domain), preferably in the Moodle or other LMS, or in the Edtech industry.
  • Proven experience of identifying target audiences and devising creative, cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Solid understanding of website analytics tools and their role in measuring campaign performance.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Up to date with latest marketing trends, best practices and Edtech strategies.
  • Well versed in email marketing, using CRM tools, and managing lead funnels effectively.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other channels for B2B outreach.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our proctoring product, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, leveraging organic and paid channels.
  • Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
  • Oversee email marketing efforts and CRM funnels to nurture leads through the buyer journey.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content/blogs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Create marketing materials (banners, brochures, case studies) to support campaigns and brand-building efforts.
  • Build strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors to expand reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, allocating funds strategically.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, analysing KPIs to assess success against goals.
  • Analyze clients behavior in the Edtech industry and adjust campaigns to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends, continually refining strategies for better ROI.
